Joe has vaulted onto the areas fishing scene seemingly overnight.  He is constantly in the thick of things, especially during the early spring and can be expected to be at or near the top of the standings when fishing any events at this time.  In 2007' Joe won the clubs Classic Championship on Lake Champlain and followed that up with a victory at the clubs 2008' Open Championship.  Both of these tournaments were club "Grand Slam" events.
