George Pepe is one of the most competitive people you will ever come across. He takes every club event as seriously as if he were fishing the Bassmasters Classic. George was the 2005 Alliance Of Bass Clubs 'Top Gun'. He was club Secretary in 2002 and 2003 and he was an integral part of the clubs Tournament Committee for five years. In four short years George had reached the pinnacle of club fishing by winning the 2001 Angler Of The Year award on the last day of competition at the clubs Classic Championship on Oneida Lake. He won the event by bringing in back to back limits sealing the deal and presenting a special year to posterity. George was the clubs TOC Champion in 2007. He was inducted into the clubs Hall Of Fame in 2007'
