Frank is an integral part of the club. He has held the office of club "Executive Officer" since 2003. He is an ex-law enforcement officer who brings a well balanced approach to his handling of all related club business. Frank has made himself a better fisherman on the strength of his determined initiative. He continues to improve his fishing technique, winning the 2005 "Alliance Of Bass Clubs" Fall Open Championship on Lake Lillinonah in Connecticut. Fishing against some of the areas better anglers, Frank took his game to the next level when he won the prestigious 2005 "Alliance Angler Of The Year" title. |
