Ray Scully is one of the clubs 'original six' members. He was the clubs first president in 1989. He is the past president for the New York State Smallmouth Alliance, the Northeast Regional Director for Smallmouth Magazine and the current president of the Alliance Of Bass Clubs. Ray has written articles for Bass'n Fever magazine, the New York Sportsman, North-East Woods & Water, New York Fur, Fish & Game, Long Island Outdoors and the Foxwoods 'Limit' magazine. Along with his record nine club 'Angler Of The Year' titles, he was the Alliance 'Top Gun' in 2003, the 'Alliance Classic Champion' in 2007 and the Halloween Fall Classic Champion in 2000 & 2006. Ray has won a record 16 Major club 'Grand Slam Tournaments', including the 'Open Championship' eight (8) times, the 'Masters Championship twice (2), the 'Classic Championship' four (4) times and the 'Tournament Of Champions' twice (2).He was inducted into the clubs 'Hall Of Fame' in 1993 and is a Life Member.
