3.Hailing Device (Whistle or Air Horn, not your boats horn)

5.Visual Distress Signal (Flare Kit & Orange Flag)

6.Bailing Device (In addition to you bilge pump it is required that you have an alternate)

7.Anchor and anchor line.

8.A working "Kill Switch"

9.Navigation lights for low light and night conditions
