Meetings are an integral part of a clubs ability to conduct business.  Without the memberships 'voice' at the regularly scheduled club meetings, information and the exchange of ideas can not take place.  It is important that we as members take an active part in the way our club functions as a whole.  Should the need arise we may be called upon to pitch in and perform the functions necessary to insure the clubs growth and its longevity.  Remember the club is only as strong as its membership.  See you all at the next meeting

MEETING ETIQUETTE:  Alcohol will be permitted in the meeting room with a "Zero Tolerance' approach.  During the meeting pay attention to what is being said.  If you want to BS with your friends take the conversation downstairs.  A 5 minute limit on all questions posed to the board has been re-instated.  If no immediate answer is forthcoming the matter will be tabled for board consideration and addressed at the next regularly scheduled club meeting.  It is your responsibility to be back in the meeting room on time after the break (if any).
